Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos saber d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 el l\u00edmite entre una buena y una mala respuesta? Ya sea una broma, cr\u00edtica, queja o insulto, la clave est\u00e1 en combinar <strong>sentido com\u00fan, respeto e ingenio<\/strong>. A veces, incluso, darle un tono de humor puede ser lo m\u00e1s\u00a0acertado.<\/p>\n<p>Os damos algunas claves:<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Primer consejo: NUNCA hay que tom\u00e1rselo de forma personal. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a mantenerse <strong>imparcial, objetivo y emp\u00e1tico<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el usuario. N\u00famero de seguidores, frecuencia y tipo de tuits, etc\u00e9tera. Sobre todo <strong>si se trata de un troll, ign\u00f3rale<\/strong>. A este tipo de perfiles &#8220;les va la marcha&#8221;, por as\u00ed decirlo. Cu\u00e1nta m\u00e1s cuerda le des, m\u00e1s ca\u00f1a meter\u00e1 y m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil ser\u00e1 conseguir\u00a0que pare. Si no le das importancia, se aburrir\u00e1 y pasar\u00e1\u00a0a la siguiente v\u00edctima.<\/li>\n<li>Pide perd\u00f3n, si crees que la situaci\u00f3n lo\u00a0requiere. Ponte en su lugar y dile que lamentas lo ocurrido. Mantener una <strong>actitud honesta, humilde y comprensible<\/strong> frente a un ataque es clave para disminuir la repercusi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Un cliente insatisfecho puede convertirse en un gran problema. Si se trata de una queja, el secreto est\u00e1 en una <strong>resoluci\u00f3n inmediata\u00a0y coherente<\/strong>. Lo m\u00e1s correcto es dirigirles al servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, ellos saben lo que hacen. Si nos mostramos \u00fatiles y le ofrecemos una v\u00eda resolutiva r\u00e1pida, no tendr\u00e1n nada que echar en cara.<\/li>\n<li>Si no es un comentario, sino una serie de comentarios recriminando alguna actividad o comportamiento, probablemente est\u00e9s ante el comienzo de una <strong>crisis de marca<\/strong>.
