Esto es fundamental para construir el camino hacia una campa\u00f1a de \u00e9xito, y la segmentaci\u00f3n se puede optimizar mediante el llamado <em>geomarketing<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>geomarketing<\/em> pemite situar en el mapa a los clientes que tienen una necesidad no cubierta o mal cubierta, o inter\u00e9s en un servicio como el que ofrece nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Debemos tenemos en cuenta que la expansi\u00f3n del uso de Internet, tanto en pa\u00edses m\u00e1s desarrollados como aquellos con menos recursos, supone que existen miles de millones de usuarios en cualquier parte del planeta que tienen acceso a un recurso como Internet a veces con m\u00e1s facilidad que al agua.<\/p>\n<p>Es chocante, incluso lamentable, pero esto implica que el an\u00e1lisis de datos obtenidos mediante la geolocalizaci\u00f3n se convierte en una herramienta fundamental para las empresas, que ahora pueden no s\u00f3lo acceder a un volumen mayor de informaci\u00f3n que les va a permitir saber qu\u00e9 es lo que m\u00e1s demandan los usuarios, sino saber adem\u00e1s c\u00f3mo se distribuye esta demanda de manera muy precisa.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 conseguimos con el geomarketing?<\/h2>\n<p>As\u00ed, gracias al <em>geomarketing<\/em> se pueden obtener tambi\u00e9n los patrones de comportamiento de los usuarios que est\u00e1n ahora mismo en la competencia. Podemos saber d\u00f3nde se encuentra la competencia, los distintos puntos de venta\u2026 Adem\u00e1s, el <em>geomarketing<\/em> permite saber con precisi\u00f3n d\u00f3nde se encuentran las \u00e1reas donde podemos hallar mayor volumen de clientes y clientes potenciales, y esto tambi\u00e9n nos permite establecer una mejor relaci\u00f3n con estos.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>geomarketing<\/em> permite establecer relaciones de comunicaci\u00f3n bidireccionales entre empresa y cliente. Esto redundar\u00e1 en una mejor experiencia de usuario, ya que el usuario se siente valorado y tenido en cuenta por la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Por su parte, la empresa obtiene acceso a informaci\u00f3n de primera mano que procede directamente del cliente.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>geomarketing<\/em> ofrece resultados que se pueden aplicar tanto a empresas de gran tama\u00f1o como a PYMEs. La definici\u00f3n geolocalizada del p\u00fablico objetivo ofrece ventajas para empresas de cualquier sector, en cualquier lugar. Los resultados pueden hacerse visibles a corto plazo, pero los beneficios perdurar\u00e1n tanto a medio como a largo, dado que el <em>geomarketing<\/em> permite acceder a un alto volumen de informaci\u00f3n muy relevante y extra\u00edble con relativa facilidad. Entre otras cosas, permite realizar estudios de mercado con muchos menos recursos, al analizar la competencia de manera indirecta y desde la comodidad de Internet, la que parece que se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en la herramienta estrella del siglo XXI.<\/p>\n<p>Esta tecnolog\u00eda permite a las empresas acceder a m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre nuestros h\u00e1bitos de consumo. El estudio del comportamiento del usuario permite, como dec\u00edamos antes, analizar tambi\u00e9n a la competencia. Es una manera de hacer que todos entremos en el juego de \u201ccontrola mientras eres controlado\u201d. Las ventajas del desarrollo de esta tecnolog\u00eda parecen claras, en especial para las empresas, al tratarse de una herramienta con mucho potencial.
