Ya sea con tu marca personal, con tu marca corporativa o con tu alter ego. Pero la \u00fanica manera de transmitir tu mensaje y ser relevante es si tus mensajes est\u00e1n en la red. Con este fin surgen las redes sociales, y a pesar del escepticismo inicial, las marcas ya han asimilado esta v\u00eda como la forma m\u00e1s directa de comunicaci\u00f3n con los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, algunos se han tomado muy en serio eso de comunicar, y parece que no pueden dejar de hacerlo. En <em>Social Media<\/em>, <strong>la l\u00ednea entre comunicar y ser un <em>spammer<\/em> es muy delgada<\/strong>, y la consecuencia de cruzarla es la p\u00e9rdida de seguidores y, por tanto, de alcance para tus mensajes. Para evitar caer en el <em>spam<\/em>, conviene tener en cuenta estos aspectos de la comunicaci\u00f3n <em>online<\/em>:<\/p>\n<h2>Tu contenido debe ser relevante<\/h2>\n<p>No todo es digno de compartir y no todas las tendencias van con tu marca. Por eso, no lo fuerces. Busca contenidos dentro de tu \u00e1rea, o adapta las tendencias del momento a tu mercado. Pero no publiques por publicar. Tu l\u00ednea editorial debe ser clara y bien repartida. Sumarte a todos los <em>trending topics<\/em> solo har\u00e1 que tus seguidores terminen cans\u00e1ndose.<\/p>\n<h2>Adapta el contenido a cada tipo de red<\/h2>\n<p>Cada red social tiene una funci\u00f3n y, por lo tanto, el contenido deber\u00eda ir ajustado a las caracter\u00edsticas de la misma. Muchas marcas utilizan el mismo contenido y lo vuelcan en todas sus redes. Esto es pr\u00e1ctico, pero no transmite la mejor imagen. Prueba mejor a <strong>modificar los mensajes ligeramente para adaptarlos<\/strong> a las limitaciones y filosof\u00eda de cada red.<\/p>\n<p>En Twitter debes ser m\u00e1s conciso y directo, mientras que en Facebook puedes explayarte m\u00e1s e invitar a la gente a comentar. En Pinterest trabaja las colecciones de fotos y en Instagram, a\u00f1ade <em>hashtags<\/em> relevantes.<\/p>\n<h2>No hace falta estar en todas partes<\/h2>\n<p>La omnipresencia no es sencilla, y desde luego no es necesaria, as\u00ed que no te compliques. Hay multitud de plataformas y redes sociales. \u00bfNecesitas tener presencia en todas ellas? La respuesta es no. Estudia bien las caracter\u00edsticas de cada una de ellas y <strong>valora lo que aportan a los mensajes que quieres transmitir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos mensajes son demasiados mensajes?<\/h2>\n<p>Existen cientos de estudios sobre la frecuencia de publicaci\u00f3n, las mejores horas para publicar\u2026 Y todo eso est\u00e1 muy bien como base, pero si no lo adaptas a tu contexto, no sirve de mucho. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 momento dejas de comunicar y comienzas a &#8220;spamear&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>La red que m\u00e1s actualizaci\u00f3n diaria permite antes de empezar a resultar pesada es Twitter. Algunas marcas actualizan una o dos veces al d\u00eda, mientras que muchas otras lo hacen diez o quince. Todo depende de la interacci\u00f3n que est\u00e9s recibiendo. Si publicas muy a menudo pero tus actualizaciones pasan desapercibidas y los clics brillan por su ausencia, quiz\u00e1 la gente est\u00e9 consider\u00e1ndote un <em>spammer<\/em>.
