Vamos, su desnudez en estado puro.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Una marca no ha de ser simplemente el nombre de una empresa, su misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n u objetivos. Una marca <strong>debe arrastrar consigo una identidad firme y definida<\/strong>, que se vea reflejada de forma un\u00e1nime a trav\u00e9s de todas sus plataformas y recursos de cara al p\u00fablico.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Antes de contarte c\u00f3mo integrarla en tu estrategia de <em>social media<\/em>, habr\u00e1 que valorar por qu\u00e9 hacerlo\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Define tu identidad de marca<\/h2>\n<p>El paso m\u00e1s importante, y tambi\u00e9n el primero, es establecer un <strong>concepto de marca claro, transparente y consistente<\/strong>. Con ello, hay que meditar cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el mensaje general con el que se identificar\u00e1 la marca.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez definida la identidad, entra en juego la personalidad. Aunque parezca surrealista, <strong>cuanto m\u00e1s real sea la marca, mayor ser\u00e1 la conexi\u00f3n<\/strong> con sus consumidores, seguidores, fans o usuarios, y por tanto, m\u00e1s fuerte ser\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n entre ambos.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo reflejarlo en <em>social media<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Ahora toca determinar cu\u00e1l es el camino apropiado para transmitir esta identidad en las diferentes plataformas. Basadas en nuestras experiencias, te damos algunas pautas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00a0Contenidos relacionados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con esto nos referimos a contenidos y temas que est\u00e9n <strong>relacionados con la personalidad<\/strong> de la que hemos hablado.<\/p>\n<p>Para que nos entendamos&#8230; Que un bufete de abogados publique sobre recetas ser\u00eda raro, pero que un partido pol\u00edtico hable sobre contenido de adultos, ser\u00eda todo a la vez.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, <strong>elimina todo contenido que pueda ser considerado extra\u00f1o, irrelevante, discriminatorio o contradictorio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, ojo&#8230;\u00a0No todo lo raro es malo. O en otras palabras, que no se vea como una entidad, sino como un colectivo de personas que comparten valores, personalidades e intereses.<\/p>\n<p>Y a las personas nos gusta comunicarnos. Por ello, <strong>una marca ha de generar conversaciones que est\u00e9n relacionadas con su concepto, sector y,<\/strong> por supuesto, con <strong>usuarios<\/strong> que se encuentren dentro del p\u00fablico objetivo o potencial de la marca.<\/p>\n<p>Anima a tu audiencia a participar, pide las opiniones de tus fans, involucra a tus seguidores en concursos y valora sus contenidos. &#8220;<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 os parece?&#8221;,\u00a0&#8220;\u00bfos gusta?&#8221; o &#8220;\u00bfqu\u00e9 opin\u00e1is?&#8221;<\/strong> son algunos de los recursos que mejor funcionan. <strong>Les har\u00e1 sentirse m\u00e1s cerca de la marca y aumentar\u00e1 tu interactividad, <em>engagement<\/em> y\u00a0notoriedad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00eddeles que te pidan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00a0S\u00c9 HUMANO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Todos somos humanos<\/strong>, no lo olvides. \u00a1Y todos tenemos un lugar de trabajo! Por ejemplo, si es exclamativo, lo se\u00f1alas con \u201c!\u201d. Si est\u00e1s preguntando, hazlo evidente. Si te gusta ser descriptivo, emplea emojis, im\u00e1genes y v\u00eddeos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El estilo<\/strong> es un concepto similar, <strong>se refiere a la estructura y el hilo conductor<\/strong>. Aunque las publicaciones abarquen temas diferentes, puede que todos ellos incluyan siempre un link, una menci\u00f3n (@), un <em>hashtag<\/em>\u00a0(#) y dos emoticonos \ud83d\udc7e.<\/p>\n<p>Te daremos un ejemplo. Siempre que publicamos un post en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/internetrepublica.com\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">blog<\/a>, tratamos de seguir una <strong>consistencia en\u00a0el\u00a0<em>copy<\/em><\/strong> que escogemos.
